We currently do product design and development – the more complicated and challenging the development, the more exciting it is for us.

We do this because the people in the company are currently fascinated with this. The organisation and its services are built around the people, contrary to the usual way of building people around the organisation.

The world has been told that what is good for capitalism/society/the-government is also good for the individual. We believe in the opposite – that what is good for each individual is good for the collective.

kraya is an effort to build an organisation on this basis and attempt to make it financially viable.
